Single Origin Pang Ma O is a highland farming community in Chiang Mai, gradually transitioning toward organic agriculture through the collaboration of more than five local villages. With a shared commitment to environmentally friendly farming and the well-being of the community, this area has become one of Chiang Mai’s organic coffee origins, clearly reflecting the balance between nature and local ways of life. Most of the coffee farmers are Lahu people and local villagers who continue to preserve traditional agricultural wisdom while continuously improving coffee processing methods.
