The My Way Izzo 2 G is not only aesthetically pleasing but also follows the iconic design of lever machines that were highly popular in the 1960s and 1970s. However, by utilizing a coil spring as the pressure-generating mechanism, the lever machine allows for pre-infusion before automatically starting the brewing process when the lever is pulled down. It provides pressure as high as 15 bars at the beginning, gradually decreasing until the brewing is complete.
