The My Way Izzo 16 is not just about its beautiful appearance. Following the style of lever machines that were highly popular in the 1960s-70s, it incorporates a lever mechanism (Leva Machina) with a coil spring to create pressure. This allows for a pre-infusion period before automatic brewing begins as the lever is lowered. The pressure then rises to a true 15 bars before gradually decreasing as the shot is completed. This marvel of mechanics combines the principles of science and the art of coffee brewing seamlessly.
